The gym is my second home (and my second love, right after coffee). There, I turn my "pancakes" (barbell weights) into actual steel muscles. Sometimes I even grunt, but don't worry - it's not aggression, it's me trying to lift a weight that's definitely heavier than I am. If I'm smiling after a set, it means I survived!
Drawing is my creative outlet and my excuse to get paint everywhere. I can spend hours mixing colors to catch the perfect sunset shade. Truth be told, I usually end up with abstract blobs that I proudly call "modern art." If I have paint on me - (and trying to wash it off is pointless anyway)
I'm that girl who dreams about a barbell in the morning, a lotus position in the afternoon, and not spilling paint on the new carpet in the evening. My life is an eternal choice between "lift something heavy," "calm the mind," and "create something beautiful." Spoiler: I usually pick all three at once and create a little chaos
Yoga is my way to stop shaking after bench presses and remember how to breathe at all. While I'm trying to nail a handstand, I look more like a falling turtle, but oh my god, it's so calming! The main thing is not to face-plant was totally planned from the start
